Samantha Kay is the oldest daughter of the bride. She is a senior in high school and a second year running start student. Samantha is a dancer at Inspired to Move Dance Academy in Olympia and volunteers at a local women's advocacy center. She has a part time job at Duchess Donuts and plans to go to Central after she graduates.
Layla Taylor
Maid of Honor
Layla Madison is the bride’s youngest daughter. She is 14 and an 8th grader at Mason County Christian School. She is a lover of babies and animals including her own Daisy, Duke, and Lucy. She loves playing Fastpitch and country music. She is the biggest helper at home and is always helping cook or clean. She is the bride’s mini me and will never pass up the opportunity to spend time with her mom. She has a great sense of humor and beautiful smile when she laughs.
Isaac Wittenberg
Best Man
Isaac is the groom’s older brother. He is the father of 3 and lives close to the bride and groom. Isaac works at a local septic company installing septics. Aaron and Isaac have always been close and share many hobbies together. Next to the bride, Isaac knows the groom more than anyone.
Courtney Wittenberg
Bridesmaid
Courtney is the sister-in-law of the bride and groom. The bride and Courtney hit it off almost immediately after meeting. She is the mother of 3 beautiful daughters (two that will be in the wedding). She works at the local woman's advocacy center in Shelton and is involved heavily with the community and our church. She inspires the bride with her dedication to being a good mom and community partner.
Abe Gardner
Groomsman
Abe is the groom’s cousin and best friend. He is married to bridesmaid, Lisa. Together they share 2 beautiful children. Abe works at North Mason Regional Fire Authority as the Emergency Prevention Specialist. He and the groom share several hobbies such as bowling, fishing, & golfing. They both have a passion for helping people and their love for God. Abe has been a supporter of Aaron’s relationship with Melissa since the beginning.
Lisa Gardner

Lisa, is married to groomsmen cousin Abe so cousin to Aaron and Melissa. She shares 2 beautiful children with Abe. She works for the Olympia School District. She is a dedicated wife and mother and lover of God. Lisa and Melissa’s friendship was slow to start, but as time passed the bond and trust had gotten stronger. Lisa always has a kind word to share and positive outlook on life. She is the bride’s bestie for the restie #BFTR
Jason Metzner
Groomsman
Jason is longtime friend of the groom. They met while working at a construction job many years ago and have been friends since. He is the father of 1 boy. He works as a heavy machine operator and BMW mechanic. Jason and Aaron share their love of motorcycles and traveling to beautiful destinations in the PNW.
Dayla Kayser
Bridesmaid
Dayla is married to the bride's cousin Dana. The bride and Dayla were instant besties from the first time they met. She is the mother of 1, and lots of fur babies. Although Dayla and the bride don't live close, they talk nearly every day. She works for the City of Auburn and has a passion for singing and is part of a Buddy, Ritchie & The Bopper tribute band.
Jesse McClanahan
Groomsman
Jesse is the groom’s childhood friend since elementary school. Aaron and Jesse share a love for baseball and played their entire childhoods together. Aaron and Jesse have remained good friends throughout adulthood. He is the father of two kids, one boy, one girl. He owns a local logging company, “McClanahan Log Co.” and is a life long resident of Shelton. He is dating his long time girlfriend, Allyson Lund who also has three kids.
Sara Mentzer

Sara is the bride’s sister-in-law. She is married to the bride’s older brother, Chad for 15 years now. She is the mother of 4, and works as a CNA. Sara and Melissa are very much alike, both being true crime and coffee loving drama queens.
Brayden Wittenberg
Junior Groomsmen
Brayden is the bride and groom’s nephew. He is 11 years old. He attends Olympic Middle School and enjoys soccer and wrestling.
Rhea Dobson

Rhea is the bride and groom’s niece. She is 10 years old and goes to school at Bordeaux. She loves dancing and doing arts and crafts with her auntie!
