We only have a block of rooms reserved at The Fairmont Austin. See the Travel section on the website for booking link and details. There are also plenty of Airbnb/ VRBO options in town if you choose.
5:30pm. Cocktail hour, dinner and dancing to follow.
Bus transportation will begin loading at 4:00pm and depart the Fairmont Austin at 4:15pm to go to The Arlo. Return transportation will leave The Arlo to go back to the Fairmont Austin at both 9:00pm* and 10:45pm. *Early evening bus time subject to change slightly. If you choose to personally drive or use a ride share option, the venue is about 25-40 minutes from the Fairmont Austin depending on traffic.
Semi-formal/ Cocktail - For men, typically a suit, a dress shirt, a tie, and dress shoes. For women, typically knee-length or slightly above the knee cocktail dresses or dressy skirt and top combinations, paired with heels and accessories.

Yes, both the ceremony & reception are at The Arlo and parking is available. We highly encourage any and all guests to take the provided bus transportation leaving The Fairmont.
