Flight
There are 3 airports that serve the DC area. Reagan (DCA), is by far the closest and most convenient, and is approximately 5-10 minutes from downtown DC. Dulles (IAD) is in Virginia and is approximately 30-35 minutes by uber. Baltimore-Washington (BWI) is in Maryland and is approximately 35-40 minutes by car, but is also served by train, which can take you to Union Station.
