When should I RSVP by?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes, there are blocks of rooms reserved at the Courtyard by Marriott Middletown Goshen, the Hampton Inn Middletown and Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Middletown. Alternatively, there are other hotels nearby.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:45 p.m on Sunday, July 3. First come, first serve. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to grab a seat.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
FOR GUEST PICKUP AT THE COURTYARD MARRIOTT AND HAMPTON INN The bus will be staged on the road in between the Courtyard and the Hampton for guests to load from both hotels. Once loaded, the bus will then drive to load from the Microtel 4:45 PM SHUTTLE PICK UP #1 courtyard by marriott hampton inn microtel 5:15 PM SHUTTLE PICK UP #2 courtyard by marriott hampton inn microtel 11:40 PM RETURN DROP OFF #1 *reception* microtel hampton inn courtyard by marriott 1:30 AM RETURN DROP OFF #2 *afterparty* microtel hampton inn courtyard by marriott 1:45 AM RETURN DROP OFF #3 *afterparty* microtel hampton inn courtyard by marriott

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Valet parking is available at the venue until 11:30pm. Just follow the signs and parking attendants. If staying for the after party, keys will be held in a secure place so you can enjoy your time and retrieve after!

Is there a dress code?
Answer

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! By RSVPing online, we provide an opportunity to notify us of any dietary restrictions so we can work with our venue to accommodate.
