How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab and searching for your name. Please RSVP by April 30, 2025! If we do not receive an RSVP response from you by then, you will be marked as not attending as we will need to provide a final headcount to our venue.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate 'Will NOT Attend' on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd 'Attending', but find that you will not make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for everyone to get dressed up for our big day! We are requesting cocktail/semi-formal attire for our wedding. Please note, the ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area when choosing your shoes.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those guests specifically listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Courtyard Marriott Raleigh Cary, which is located right across from Macgregor Downs CC. Please see the Travel tab for booking information.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking spaces right outside Macgregor Downs Country Club.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotel will provide a shuttle service to and from the venue for guests in our hotel block. More information regarding shuttle schedule to come!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn, weather permitting. The cocktail hour will be inside and the reception will take place under a tented patio pavilion.
