Why don't you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We decided not to have a traditional wedding registry because we're about to embark on our big overseas adventure. Since we'll be moving to Germany soon, we won't be able to bring many physical gifts along and we'd hate for anything to get lost or broken in the process. If you wish to contribute in another way, a monetary gift would mean a lot to us as we set up our new life overseas. Thank you for understanding and being part of our journey.

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 11.02.25 through our website by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you have received a plus one they will appear under your name when you rsvp please add their first and last name. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length or midi formal dress. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. Please refrain from wearing white, cream, ivory and champagne.

What time should I arrive by?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins at 3:00pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at 2:30pm so you have time to park, settle in, enjoy the surroundings and ensure you are seated on time.

Will the celebration be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside on a beautiful patio overlooking the mountains. The reception will be indoors.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available at the venue.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

The wedding will be priceless but the drinks won't be. A cash bar will be available during the reception. Please bring credit or debit card to enjoy our bar service. Please drink responsibly. Water, lite refreshments and sodas will be free.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at The Sand Canyon Country Club. Ceremony will be held outdoors as well as the cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors.
