A local legend! It’s literally across from the beach and an absolute blast. The food is decent (great grouper!), and there’s nightly live music to enjoy. Be aware—it gets CRAZY busy, so make a reservation. It’s tons of fun, but parking is nonexistent.
My favorite bar in the area! Infamous among locals, it’s a true dive with great pizza and wings. The menu is big, it’s open late, and it’s even family-friendly.
A great hot yoga studio located above Red Fish Taco.
A great spot for craft beer and people-watching, with live music often playing. (No food.)
An old-world European-style bakery with delicious baked goods.
Voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world—and it’s also where we’re getting married! Parking in the area is limited, but there’s a fantastic satellite parking lot nearby with a reliable and free shuttle service. It’s convenient and works really well, and we highly recommend it.
One of the best restaurants in the area, and definitely the best Italian food. We always eat in the bar!
Next to Growler Garage, this is an awesome ice cream spot—perfect for kids!
Originally from a very successful food truck, this spot has long lines, a full bar, and superb BBQ—really good!
Owned by Brian Kelley (of Florida Georgia Line) and Jason Aldean, this is a fun spot for a laid-back burger and beer.
Probably the most popular restaurant/bar in the entire 30A area—crazy busy, but with a great location. The food is so-so, but the oysters are excellent. It’s always packed, and the upstairs bar has a great view. Just across the street from the beach.
It’s a seafood store downstairs and a so-so restaurant upstairs. The store has the best shrimp I’ve ever tasted—they’ll steam it for you by the pound (we do this often and take it home). The shrimp is absolutely killer, and they also offer super fresh grouper and delicious smoked fish dip.
AWESOME food, great ocean view and the best Piña Colada!
A fun place to shop for outdoor wear!
An upscale, small grocery store in Seaside offering unique, high-end items, but it also has the basics.
An outdoor, family-friendly area with food trucks, restaurants, bars, and more. It features a large grass courtyard surrounded by dining and drinking spots—a great place to hang out with the kids!
The Pearl is a boutique hotel with a very cool rooftop bar.
George's is one of the best restaurants in the area, offering "American" classics prepared with a professional touch.
The Donut Hole is a legit diner and donut shop—EXTREMELY popular with delicious, simple food. It’s always busy, but we go often. Just a 15-minute drive, and we highly recommend it!
The Vue 30A is an upscale restaurant with a Mediterranean vibe. Located on the water, it offers beautiful views and a fantastic atmosphere!
