Weekend Shuttle information

Here is the weekend schedule for shuttles/guest transportation! Saturday, 5/23 The resort boat will take all guests to the ceremony. The boat will begin boarding at 3:45pm and will depart the dock promptly at 4:15pm. After the wedding has concluded, shuttles will be available to take all the guests to the wedding after party at Honey at 11pm on Saturday night! Sunday, 5/24 Shuttles will be available to take guests to the BBQ on Sunday! Shuttles will pick up in the lobby at 11:45, 12:10, and the last shuttle pick up is 12:30. Please arrange your own transportation home! Ubers are available!

The Coeur d'Alene Resort

We have a dedicated room block at CDA resort for our guests to take advantage of a special discounted rate! YOU MUST USE the link provided for the discounted wedding rate! We have a selection of rooms reserved for Friday (5/22/26) and Saturday (5/23/26) night, with a smaller number of rooms for Sunday (5/24/26) for guests wanting to stay through Monday. If you are wanting to stay Thursday night as well, call Reservations and they will honor the room block price! To take advantage of the group rate, please book your stay PRIOR TO APRIL 4TH. We will keep an eye on availability, but if the room block rooms are sold out, let Melinda know and she will talk with the resort! Please note that only the contracted nights are on the link. If you wish to stay pre or post dates will need to call the Reservations Department at 888-965-6542 to check availability.
