FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 1st. RSVPs received after this date will not be acknowledged in any pre-paid group activities.

Question

What is the link to the exact cruise the group will be enjoying?

Answer

https://www.royalcaribbean.com/booking/landing?shipCode=VY&packageCode=VY05E048&sailDate=2025-02-22&startDate=2025-02-22&groupId=VY05PCN-1764992643&selectedCurrencyCode=USD&fbclid=IwAR3DFd4FJ1rS0Te_qwBdx9XJQRuj6QbuwkVVNdr07GvrEHKXfL3f7W-EQSM

Question

What documents should I bring?

Answer

We strongly recommend bringing both your driver's license and passport for the cruise. However, if you don't have a passport, Royal Caribbean permits boarding with a driver's license and a birth certificate. For comprehensive details, please double-check Royal Caribbean's website to ensure you have all the necessary information.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

When preparing for the cruise, guests should pack casually for daytime activities, such as shorts, t-shirts, and swimsuits. For evenings, formal attire like cocktail dresses and suits are required on formal nights, while resort or smart casual wear is suitable for other evenings. It's essential to check the cruise line's dress code guidelines before packing.

Question

Are kids invited to this event?

Answer

They are! Please check Royal Caribbean's website for kid-friendly activities. They may offer camps for children so adults may spend a night enjoying adult activities.

Question

Should I bring a gift for David?

Answer

You don't have to, and please don't feel obligated! If you decide to bring a gift, we can store it in his room. We have a registry if you would like to purchase a drink for David while he is on the cruise.

Question

Is there anything we should keep in mind during the event?

Answer

We want all our guests to enjoy themselves responsibly during the cruise. While Royal Caribbean offers unlimited alcoholic beverage packages, we kindly remind everyone to "drink within their limit". It's important to ensure that our collective experience remains enjoyable for everyone onboard. Please be mindful of your alcohol consumption and avoid behavior that may disrupt the enjoyment of others or disrespect the staff. In the event that someone becomes overly intoxicated and displays rude or unkind behavior, we may need to ask them to refrain from participating in future group activities. Let's all have a wonderful time while being considerate of each other's enjoyment.

Question

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, of course! If you are bringing a plus one, please use our RSVP system to provide us with their name and contact information.

Question

I booked the cruise. Now what?

Answer
