Things To Do

One of our favorite spots to learn about Naval Aviation and home to, Mel's favorite, the Blue Angels! (as of right now, you can only access the museum if you have someone in the car with a military ID, so keep that in mind)

National Naval Aviation Museum

Our favorite place to hit the beach, explore historic Fort Pickens, and watch the Blue Angels practice. This is also Melinda's workplace, so if you're in town for a while, you might get to see her in action.

Fort Pickens - Gulf Islands National Seashore

Downtown Pensacola is such a fun place to spend the afternoon or evening! With plenty of shops, cafes, and more... You can find something for everyone! Plus, this is where Melinda and Gino had their first date!

This is a beautiful and easy "hike" that goes along a boardwalk to Tarkiln Bayou.

Tarkiln Bayou Preserve State Park

Stop here at the Florida/Alabama state line for a famous bushwhacker (Melinda wants to try one so bad, but her lactose intolerance is holding her back).
