How we met:
We met at a physical therapy program function; one of our professors loves physiology & wine- I introduced myself over appetizers & we couldn't stop talking for the rest of the night. We started slowly getting to know each other after that & the rest is history!
How Dillon pulled if off:
Dillon had secretly planned this a couple months ahead of time! He had two friends ask me to go on a hike that we love out east (Picketpost Mountain). I of course accepted & was so excited to do it again with him! Dillon had snuck the ring & a love letter into our friends backpack who then snuck it into the mailbox at the top. (normally filled with notebooks & trinkets). I love looking into the box to see what’s there, & when I did that again I found a letter with my name on it! It ended with him down on one knee!
As if that wasn’t great enough, a "birthday party" planned after was really an engagement party! Friends from AZ & CA along with family helped us celebrate the great news!
