Are there vegetarian/allergy friendly options available?

Answer

The brunch will be buffet style. The vegetarian/allergen friendly option is a vegetable risotto which is vegetarian and gluten free. If you want this option, let us know when you RSVP. Anyone that orders the vegetable risotto can still go through the buffet. We will be serving a gluten free option for dessert.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes. The inn even offers kid's events throughout the year. Please count them in your reply. Let us know if you need a highchair. We will keep a key in the back of the room for our hotel room if your child needs a break and a quiet place to go. The ceremony will be about 20 minutes long, after which, children can use their regular voice.

Are pictures and phones allowed?

Answer

Please put your phone on silent before you enter the room. It is standard practice these days in photo contracts for guests to be "unplugged", allowing the photographer to take all photos without disruption. Phones must be out of sight of any shots. Please do not take pictures during the ceremony. We will share our photos with you! There will be a cocktail hour between 11:30 and 12:30. The photographer will then move to a different room. This is a good time to pull out your phones. We are allowing a few children to use tablets because of their own special needs, and this has been cleared with our awesome photographer.

Where is parking?

Answer

Parking is located in the ramp next door and your parking will be validated. Elevator access is in the city parking ramp attached to the building. Make sure to enter at the main entrance, not the banquet hall.
