The easiest way to RSVP is to click the "RSVP" tab on the top of this website. Enter your name, & follow the instructions. You may RSVP by sending back the bottom half of your invitation. Please RSVP by April 1st so that we may have a good head count for the caterer.

This event is semi-formal. This means dressing up more than casual attire but not as formally as a full tuxedo or evening gown. We want you to be comfortable, but we also want you to look good in pictures.

Our ceremony will take place in the large field adjacent to the Lodge. The reception will take place immediately after in a beautiful white tent on the same grounds. Even though it’s May, we are atop a mountain, & temperatures can dip to 50–56°F, so we recommend bringing a warm layer.

We love your little ones! However, our wedding will be an outdoor, late-evening event with music and alcohol, and we are unable to provide accommodations specifically for small children. If you choose to bring them, please plan accordingly to ensure they are cared for and remain comfortable throughout the night. Children will be solely the responsibility of their parents, and we kindly ask that they do not disrupt the evening’s events. Thank you for understanding—we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Dinner will feature Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, and Chicken Cordon Bleu, with sides of mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese, corn, and baked beans. For dessert, indulge in cupcakes and cheesecake. Quench your thirst with sweet tea, lemonade, ice water, wine, or beer.
