What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins (3:30-3:45pm)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided from the Hard Rock Daytona Hotel at 3:00 PM to transport guests to the venue. Return transportation to the hotel will be available at 10:00 PM following the conclusion of the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Whitewood Ranch has ample parking available. Once you arrive on site, please follow the signs directing you to parking at the back of the property.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who have been specifically included on the invitation. If your invitation does not include a plus-one, we kindly ask that you attend solo.

Are kids welcome?

We kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only event, and we are not able to accommodate children.
