Officiant
Garfield is Melinda’s cousin and a cherished member of her family. He has been a true blessing in her life and a constant, dependable presence through the years. Andre and Melinda are deeply honored to have him officiate their wedding ceremony. His faith, wisdom, and loving spirit make him the perfect person to guide them as they enter into the sacred covenant of marriage. They are also grateful for the love and support of his beautiful wife, Savannah, whom they adore, love, and admire. Together, Garfield and Savannah exemplify faith, commitment, and partnership, making their presence an added blessing on this special day. Congratulations, may God bless you both richly with love, contentment, and long life together. I love you both.
Melinda's Eldest King
Michael is Melinda’s oldest son — calm, gentle, and endlessly kind. He’s the quiet strength behind her smile, the steady presence who’s always there when she needs him most. Sweet by nature and deeply thoughtful, Michael has a heart that radiates love and loyalty. He adores his mother with every fiber of his being — truly, he loves the very ground she walks on. His respect for her runs deep, and his devotion is unwavering. Whether through a quiet gesture or a reassuring word, Michael has always been her protector, her supporter, and her source of peace. Walking Mommy down the aisle is a moment Michael treasures. It’s a reflection of the bond they share — one built on love, trust, and a lifetime of memories. He’s proud to stand by her side as she steps into this beautiful new chapter filled with joy and happiness. Congratulations to you both. May this day be the beginning of a journey overflowing with love, laughter, and the warmth of family.
Melinda's Youngest King
Anthony is Melinda’s youngest son — vibrant, funny, kindhearted, and full of life. He has a remarkable gift for bringing joy to others, lighting up every room with his laughter and energy. Anthony is a beautiful soul: sweet, gentle, and deeply loving. I thank God every day for the blessing of his presence and unwavering support. One thing about Anthony — he’s unapologetically himself. He marches to the beat of his own drum and stands firm in who he is. When it comes to his mother, he doesn’t play. His love and loyalty to her runs deep. Walking Ms. Mom down the aisle is a moment Anthony cherishes with honor and pride. He’s happy to be part of this special day, surrounded by love, laughter, and the warmth of family. Congratulations to you both — may this new chapter be filled with endless joy and beautiful memories.
Queen of Honor
I have known Melinda my entire life. Our parents were the best of friends and brought us together when we were just 3 and 4 years old. I honestly do not remember life without her, so we are Sisters for life! My favorite memory is when we took a family trip to Hawaii. Even as of today, it is still the best vacation I've ever had. Some of the best experiences I cherish with Melinda are supporting one another, raising our children together and being right by her side when she met Andre. I look forward to their union and I'm excited to be a part of the big day. Wishing Andre and Melinda the very best!

Where do I begin? My heart is smiling so big and it always does when I think about Melinda. Melinda is one of the most sweetest and beautiful souls on the planet. She is the most compassionate and generous person I know. I met Melinda at Bryant Jr. High School in Flint, Michigan where we shared the same English class. She was always so pretty and sweet. Later in life when we grew older, our friendship reunited when I found out that my sister-in-law, Maudell was her Godmother. When Melinda moved to Atlanta in 2005, we became best friends. Melinda is my heartbeat, and I have become a better person because of her. She has taught me so many things that she doesn't even know about. I love her unconditionally and I'm so blessed, elated, and grateful to God to even call her my best friend. Wishing you both the best!

I met Melinda when we were about 12 years old, in 7th grade at Bryant Jr H.S. Our names were similar and we shared the same last name. We were next to each other in the yearbook until high school graduation. We lost touch for many years, but who would have known that attending a class reunion would reunite us. We realized we had more things in common than anyone else we know. Dad's both born in January, our mothers both born in October, and we shared a love music. Our unshakable bond grew over the past over 10+ years and we became besties. We've traveled abroad, gone to Vegas a few times, attended many concerts, and love to hang in the D on the Riverwalk. There are too many laughs to pick just one memory, but we've surely been on one hell of a ride. Thank you for being a friend (cue theme song from Golden Girls). Congrats to the both of you. Love you always~Medina

The first day we met, she was very bubbly, friendly, and kind. We were destined to be in each other's lives forever. She's the most amazing person you'll ever want to have in your life. I don't just consider her as just a bestie but my sister. Congratulations to the both of you.
King of Honor
To know my father, Andre Ball Sr., is to know strength, wisdom, and unwavering love. He's been my guide, my example, A man who leads not just with words, but with action and heart. Through life's highs and lows, he's stood tall with quiet dignity, Always teaching me the value of hard work, loyalty, and love. As he steps into a new chapter with his beautiful wife Melinda, I see not just a husband, but a man who deserves every bit of joy coming his way. Their love is a reminder that happiness is always within reach, And that true companionship is built on mutual respect, laughter, and faith. Dad, I honor you-not just as a father, But as a man who continues to grow, love, and inspire. Congratulations to you and Melinda on this beautiful new beginning. May your union be blessed with peace, love, and endless days of joy."**

I found out that Andre was my cousin when we were in high school. Over the years he became more like a brother than a cousin. We are very close and have leaned on each over the years. We had the same passion to love our Aunt Dot. She would call me her black son and Andre her light skin son. The Ball family was a big family that loved very hard. Andre has always been my brother/cousin and I love him so much. Congratulations to him and his soon to be wife. From day one, Melinda has always been a special addition to our family.
