Question

IMPORTANT: Current COVID-19 requirements as of 5/19/2021

Answer

PLEASE NOTE: We want all of our guests to be safe. We will be adhering to strict CDC guidelines and NYS state requirements. 1) Venues are restricted to 75% capacity per event. Please, no plus ones or uninvited guests. 2) All unvaccinated attendees MUST present proof of negative PCR or Rapid Antigen test result within 72 hours of the wedding. Tests should be taken no earlier than Tuesday, June 15th. 3) All vaccinated attendees MUST show proof of immunization. People are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after they receive the second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccines or the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. 3) Sign-in with contact information will be required to assist with potential contact tracing. 4) Guests are advised to wear masks except when eating or drinking. 5) Ceremonial and socially distanced dancing will be allowed in designated areas.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately due to the limitations of our budget and the venue, this will be an adults-only reception. Let us know what we can do to help you have a fun, worry free date-night!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

This will be a cocktail/stations reception with many food options; however, we advise those with food allergies to alert us of specific foods ASAP so that our caterer can be sure to provide you with a separate meal and avoid cross contamination with food allergens

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are live and let live people so there is no dress code. Wear what you would normally wear to a fun cocktail party and be ready to dance!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Once you receive the formal invitation, please RSVP by May 15.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue does not provide parking. See the "Travel" section for information regarding parking options and affordable transportation alternatives in NYC.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to our venue we are limited on space, so extra guests cannot be accommodated. We hope that you can still be present for this awesome day.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Please see the "Schedule" section. Those invited to the rehearsal dinner will receive a separate invitation. Additional events may be posted later, so keep checking for updates.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please see the "Registry" section. Your presence in our lives is the greatest gift we could ask for. We are so grateful for all that we have and we have few needs. If you choose to honor us with a gift, please select one of several "Honey-fund" options.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

See the "Travel" section. We have negotiated an excellent rate during peak season at the Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel for our out-of town guests. We recommend persons traveling by car from out of state or more than an hour from the city consider staying at the hotel to avoid driving after a night of revelry. We want you to have a safe, fun night!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

See the "Travel" section. The hotel does not provide shuttle service; however, the ceremony site and reception venue are close and for your convenience we have listed several affordable ride-share options for travel to and from the wedding.
