What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE WEDDING IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is ample parking in front of the restaurant. Parking is free.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes. You may bring a date. Please include your date in the RSVP count.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Highs of 65°F and Lows of 33°F. It may rain during this time of year.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block reserved as most guests are local. We recommend taking a look at AirBnB, VRBO, or searching for hotels. If booking a hotel, we recommend booking a hotel in either Downtown Sacramento or Elk Grove as the accommodations near the restaurant are not located in the safest areas of Sacramento.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Please RSVP by December 1st, 2022. You may RSVP online.

Is the reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

For drinks, there will be a few signature cocktails, wine, beer, seltzers, soda, water. For food, there will be light appetizers served. The dinner menu is Chinese Wedding Seafood. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions and we will let the restaurant know as soon as possible.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #SamaniegoSquared so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
