When should I RSVP by?

You can RSVP directly on our website under the "RSVP" tab. Please submit your acceptances or regrets by August 23, 2025.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Everything, from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and reception, is taking place at The Hamilton Manor.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony, which begins at 5:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black-tie optional! Women should wear floor-length dresses or gowns, and men should wear formal tuxedos or suits.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the Hamilton Manor. We are also providing a shuttle service that will run between the hotel and the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes! We have a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton that is located under the “Accommodations” tab on our website.
