We would like our guests to be dressed up in semi-formal attire. Men can wear suits and women can wear long dresses! The bridal party will be in navy blue.
Our ceremony will be at St. Francis Xavier Parish starting at 2pm. Following the ceremony, we have a 2 hour window before guests should arrive at Saphire Estate for cocktail hour at 5pm. This allows for the ~50 minute travel time as well as time to check into the hotel or grab a drink at a local bar! See the 'Things To Do' tab for recommended bars in the area and on the way to the venue. Please do not arrive at Saphire Estate until cocktail hour at 5pm.
Yes! The venue has plenty of parking for our guests.
Yes, guests are welcome to book a room in our room block at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Walpole. See the 'Accommodations' tab for the link to book a room in the reserved room block.
Yes! Our guests that are staying at the Fairfield Inn will be picked up by a shuttle around 4:30pm and brought to Saphire Estate for cocktail hour, beginning at 5pm. At the end of the reception, all guests staying at the Fairfield Inn will be shuttled back for the night.
