The Melendrez

Although, we were supposed to have a double date with our two friends, we ditched them and planned our own first date at the movies. From the moment we met, we both felt true love and it was love at first sight. On May 24th, 2019, we went to the AMC movies to watch the live action Aladdin movie. David had told me to meet him there around 3pm and when we met for the first time, he hugged me and told me that the movie does not start until 5pm. A whole two hours of waiting, I thought. What could we possibly talk about for two hours? Well little did I know, David had other plans. He planned to take us to Frostbites, which is where my love for Frostbites started. As we began to talk at Frostbites, the two hours went by so fast, it felt like minutes have passed. We were actually 10 minutes late to the movies. After the movies were done, David walked me to my car and we shared our first kiss. Little did we know it was the first of countless magical moments to come.
