To start you off, here’s a quote from one of Melea’s favorite movies, The Princess Bride: “Do I love you? My god, if your love were a grain of sand, mine would be a universe of beaches.” -William Goldman. If romace movies were real, Melea and Samuel’s love would be the infinite amount of romance movies in this universe. They met in the very beginning of autumn. Their first date was a car ride sharing their favorite songs with eachother and bonding over the love for their favorite artists. After a few months of the start to a forever, Melea was saying goodbye one morning on her way to work when she accidentally let it slip out loud (thinking she was saying it in her head) the very first “I love you”. Her face immediately went flush with embarrassment. Luckily for her, Samuel felt the exact same way and repeated her words. From then on, their love only set in deeper and faster (That’s what she said). They decided to move in with eachother and rented their very first house in the February of 2019. Samuel, Melea and Melea’s daughter, Rhea, were blessed with a beautiful baby named Liam, in the September of 2019 two days before their anniversary. That same year on New Year’s eve, Samuel got down on one knee after slow dancing with Melea and proposed. Of course, the cry baby she is, started to tear up from the joy and warmth she felt in her heart. Obviously she said yes, and now here we all are. Celebrating the endless love of two beautiful souls. Samuel and Melea thank everyone for being apart of their journey, and supporting them through every moment. They could not be here today if it was not for all the love and support they have been given. Also, a huge shout out to the parents: Ryan Wateland, Elizabeth Wateland, Matthew Kerfeld and Robin Kerfeld. They definitely would not be here today if these lovely people had not met.
