You should plan to fly into Providenciales Turks and Caicos, airport code -TCI .Beaches Resort has free airport shuttles running to and from the resort. Trip Duration: Beaches Resort has a 3-Night minimum stay. With the wedding being on Saturday, we recommend arriving no later than Fri Dec 5, 2025. We will be on the island on Wed Dec 3, 2025 until Tue Dec 9, 2025. Booking Accommodations: To streamline the booking process, please use the form below to initiate your booking. (Click View) Our Travel Planner will monitor submissions. Once you submit the form, your booking will be created within 48-72hours. A payment link will be emailed to you along with your booking number. Please pay your $400 deposit as soon as possible. The link expires after 6 hours and the room will be released. You will see an option to pay a $98 deposit, note that the remaining $302 will be automatically charged 21 days later. You are welcome to take this approach or pay the full $400.
