Apart from your wedding attire, be sure to pack for all four seasons! Mountain weather is unpredictable and it's not unheard of to snow in July. It's a good idea to pack lots of layers but Canmore also has an abundance of great outdoor gear stores and boutiques for you to pick up anything you may need. Also, if you're attending the Calgary Stampede, remember to pack your best cowboy/cowgirl attire!
There are no Uber or Lyft services in the Canmore/Banff/Lake Louise area. See our travel page for a variety of transportation options for exploring the mountains. The wedding venue is a 5min walk from downtown Canmore via a pedestrian path and boardwalk.
A National Park Pass is required to enter Banff/Lake Louise and can be purchased online or at the entry kiosk for $10.50CAD per person, per day and a half (seniors 65+ $9CAD, youth 17 and under free). https://www.banfflakelouise.com/park-pass-purchase
