Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The Venue CU Champaign, Illinois

Question

What time is the wedding?

Answer

4:00pm on the dot!

Question

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before our 4:00pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule and help out our guests that may need extra assistance finding their seat. Should you arrive late, the venue doors will be locked as to not interrupt the ceremony.

Answer

Melannie and Nathan have chosen to both keep their own last names. Melannie will remain Melannie Verkler and Nathan with remain Nathan Woodward.

Question

Is seating random?

Answer

Tables will be carefully arranged so our guests are sat with those they know. We will have an usher available if you need assistance in finding your seat.

Question

When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1st. If you cannot attend, we will miss you and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. We are unable to accommodate any late RSVPs. If you have already RSVP'd that you are attending, but find that you are unable to make it, please notify Maria Verkler as soon as possible.

As such, they have graciously allowed guests to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue and pick them up the following morning by 12:00pm (noon). We encourage Uber, Lyft, or taxis. Additionally, if you have reserved a room with our hotel block, the Hyatt will provide a shuttle that will transport guests to and from the wedding venue.
