Our event will begin with cocktail hour at 6:00 PM sharp with dinner and dancing to follow. We will not be having a ceremony, but during the event we’ll be sharing photos and videos of our elopement experience in Ireland.
When you navigate to the RSVP page, you will be prompted to enter your first and last name. At the next screen, you will see event details and will be asked to respond for yourself and any members of your party. If a member of your party's name is unknown, please click Edit to enter their information. Your RSVP cannot be submitted unless all required fields (marked with a red * ) are complete. Once all the required fields are complete, click "Submit RSVP" on the bottom right. Contact us if you run into any further trouble!
While we love your little ones, our reception is strictly an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding!
Due to venue restrictions, we will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please reach out to us if you're having a problem RSVPing for someone who is listed on your invitation.
Yes! The Nassau Inn offers alternatives for those with dietary restrictions. Please make us aware of any restrictions in your RSVP so we can note it to the venue.
Festive formal attire is encouraged! Think formalwear with a fun, colorful flair. This can include longer dresses & gowns, jumpsuits, pantsuits, tuxedos & suits, etc. Bold prints and colors are welcome. Please avoid solid-color outfits in white, blush, and gold/champagne tones. The vast majority of the celebration will be held indoors. During cocktail hour, guests will also have access to a private outdoor terrace.
Yes! Our reception will end at approximately 11pm; afterward, we plan to keep the party going downstairs in the Inn's historic Yankee Doodle Taproom.
We have a dedicated hotel block onsite at the Nassau Inn for both the night of and the night before the reception. Availability is extremely limited, so please book your room as soon as possible. More information can be found on our "Accommodations & Travel" page.
Nassau Inn does not have a dedicated parking lot and street parking is very limited. We recommend that you park at one of the nearby parking garages. Please see the "Accommodations & Travel" page for further details.
Neither of us will be changing names after we tie the knot, so please continue calling us our respective names: Melanie Langworthy and Steve Higgins. But feel free to use the Mr. and Mrs. prefixes if you like! :)
