If you would like to join the groom and golf, please reach out to Steve ASAP! We have a continuous block of tee times at The Classic at Madden's on Friday morning (8/14/2026) from 9-11am.
We kindly request formal attire. Please keep in mind the wedding ceremony & reception will be outside/under a pavilion so there will be some grassy areas!
Yes parking is FREE! If you're not taking the shuttle, there will be a staff member from Maddens at the entrance of the service driveway that leads back to the Pavilion. They will direct you to parking area. Guests needing closer parking will be allowed to park in the lot near the venue.
We kindly ask that young kids stay at home from the wedding ceremony and reception. However, if you decide to spend the weekend up North please bring them with to enjoy other activities (in Things To Do tab)!
YES! :) Guests will be picked up at 3:45pm from the following hotels: Country Inn, Holiday Inn, American Inn. Return shuttles will depart at 10pm- from the Pavilion and 12pm (midnight)- from the Pub at Madden's Inn. All return trips will drop guests off at the same hotels listed above.
Please refer to the "Where to Stay" tab— We recommend booking in advance as hotels can fill up fast in the summer!
Next question... YES! The reception will end at 10pm and whoever would like to continue the celebration can join us at The Pub located at Madden's.
Yes! The ceremony will be held outside on the grass lawn next to the Pavilion. In case of rain- it will be held under the Pavilion. There will be heaters outside if needed as well!
Please arrive by 4:15pm so you have plenty of time to settle in and get comfortable before the ceremony begins. We can’t wait to see you! :)
