As a reminder, there is NO PARKING at the venue. A shuttle will pickup guests outside the three hotels at approximately 3:30, 4:05, and 4:40 p.m to bring guests to the venue. The shuttle will also be making regular trips through the night back to the hotels for guests. All guests need to catch the shuttle or make other arrangements that don’t involve driving/parking to get to the venue. Please catch the early shuttles if you are able. There will be drinks and music at the venue waiting for you!

Portland International Airport
There are also airports in Eugene and Bend, Oregon. However, Portland is the easiest and largest airport to travel through. PDX is approximately an hour north of the hotels and venue.
