Room Block Information

We have 10 rooms blocked off for Saturday January 23rd, 2027 (the day we say "I do") Please note that each room block has an extra $30 charge for early check-in at 1:00 PM. When you call to book your room, kindly make sure they are including that. Please also note that these room rates are for 2 people/room only. There will be an extra $20/extra person. The maximum amount of occupants for a King Room is 2 people, and for a Queen Room is 4 people (again, subject to additional charges when over 2 people) Standard Rooms (Choice of 2 Queen Beds, or 1 King) - $229.99 Suite Rooms (Choice of 2 Queen Beds, or 1 King) - $249.99 Check-In Time: 1:00 PM on 01/23/2027 Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM on 01/24/2027 Each room includes access to the hot breakfast buffet :)

How to Book a Room

1) Call the Hotel 2) Let them know that you would like to book a room that is being blocked for a wedding 3) Let them know the block is under "Melanie & Mackenzie's Wedding" 4) Tell them what kind of room you would like (please refer to above room block information for the details) 5) Confirm that you will have early check in at 1:00 PM for an extra $30 (our ceremony starts at 2:30 PM) 6) Work with the hotel staff to secure your room!! 7) Kindly let Mel/Mack know that you have booked a room :) Please note that you may be required to give credit card information over the phone
