When and where is the wedding?

The wedding will take place on July 19th, 2025, beginning at 4:00pm. Location: The Jerris Wadsworth Estate Address: 1211 W River Road, Caledonia, NY 14423

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm, so we recommend you arrive by 3:45 to give ample time for parking and finding your seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Dresses: Think knee-length, tea-length, or midi dresses (jumpsuits & pant suits are also fun!) Suits: Suit & tie is great! Of course NOT required, but we encourage you to join in on the fun of our color scheme! Theme: Vibrant Hawaiian Sunset Colors: Warm, bright, fun! Reds, pinks, oranges, yellows, golds, greens, blues, purples - we love it all!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside. If it rains, there is an alternate ceremony location (still outdoors, but covered). The reception will take place indoors, but guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the property outside if the sun is shining!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, and there will be parking on-site!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes. Open bar - on us! Featuring two specialty tiki cocktails you won't want to miss. ;)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP on the website. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do"! We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our full registry is linked in the registry tab! If you are interested in gifting us something outside of the registry, we only ask that you are mindful of the fact that our current apartment has limited space for large items. :)

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you!! If you are unable to attend, please let us know via RSVP "not attending" as soon as you can so that we can plan accordingly.
