We met in 2015 through mutual friends. We spent a year becoming each other's best friends (and making a lot of excuses about it not being the "right time" to date each other), and then took the leap in 2016 (3 DAYS before Mel left for college) to make it official. We've grown up together over the last 8 years, have lived together in 4 different states, have earned a Master's degree each, and adopted the light of our life, our sweet pup Brutus.
