We are kindly asking all of our guests to join us in an elegant, all BLACK attire. Think chic, classy, wintery, formal-your best BLACK dress or suit! *Men, please note that a white dress shirt under your black suit is acceptable*

There is a block of rooms available at The Inn at Fox Hollow Hotel. Please use the link on the travel tab of our website or call 516-224-8100 and mention the McGuire/Kustek Wedding to reserve your room. If the block of rooms is full please contact Melanie or Brandon to add more rooms to our block.

Please arrive around 6:30 p.m. The earlier you arrive the longer you have to enjoy our hospitality hour!

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. If your invitation includes a guest, you will see "and Guest" or your guest's name listed. Thank you for understanding-we wish we could celebrate with everyone, but we are keeping our guest list close and intimate.

We love your little ones, BUT for this special evening we are keeping the celebration to adults-only. That way everyone can relax and enjoy the night. We appreciate your understanding!

We've got you covered! The venue has assured us that there will be a tremendous amount of options available to accommodate everyone's needs and keep all guests safe. All meal selections will be made the night of the wedding, so you'll have plenty of choices. If you have a very specific concern, feel free to reach out to us before the big day!

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Fox Hollow in the Somerly Wing. Once you arrive, you can relax and enjoy the entire evening in one place!

Yes! There will be complimentary valet parking at the venue. Just pull up to the Somerly Wing at the back end of the venue and the attendants will take care of the rest.

If you're staying at The Inn at Fox Hollow, the hotel is located right on the same property, and you can simply walk over to the venue. For guests staying at other hotels or traveling from home, we kindly encourage the use of ride share apps or designated drivers to take advantage of the valet parking service.

Rehearsal Dinner: The night before our wedding for the bridal party and close family to celebrate together. Pre-Wedding Celebration: A small, quick gathering the night before our wedding. We invite you to join us at the Inn at Fox Hollow around 8:00 p.m. After our rehearsal dinner, we'll be gathering at the bar to share drinks, stories, and anticipation for our big day. It will be an early night to prepare for the big day! Feel free to text Melanie or Brandon for more information. Post-Wedding Breakfast: For guests staying at the Inn at Fox Hollow, we warmly invite you to enjoy the hotel's complimentary breakfast and continue celebrating with us.
