Train
Coming from Heathrow: National Express Bus is a clean, comfortable motor coach and quick way to get to and from the airport. Book to/from Heathrow to Coventry’s Pool Meadow Bus Station. Limited stops, helpful drivers. Make sure when looking at time options to choose “0” changes and look at the route times. The shortest is 2 hours and 10 minutes and the longest is 4 hours depending on the route. The Coventry Bus station is less than a mile from the Hotel Indigo.
Hotel
If you want a hotel close to Heathrow airport the Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 is a nice hotel recommendation. Located in the airport with a rooftop lounge and restaurant.
Train
Coming from Downtown London: The train is the most efficient option to travel to Coventry (West Midlands Route). Tickets can be purchased to go from London’s Euston Station (EUS) to Coventry (COV) at Avanti West Coast website. Train times range from 54 minutes to 1 hour and 48 minutes depending on which train you choose. The Coventry Train Station is across the parking lot from the Hotel Indigo in Coventry.
Travel Note
Birmingham Airport is an international airport located a 20 minute drive (Ubers are widely available) or 25 minute train ride from the Hotel Indigo in Coventry. If you are considering other European travel, or are making 1 stop anyway, flying in or out of Birmingham is a good option. From the US, for example, Aer Lingus has some nice flights from Philadelphia with one stop in Dublin and then on to Birmingham.
