Ceremony, happy hour and the reception are all in one place with ample parking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Come as you’d like. Sundress, nice dress, fancy dress whatever! Bring comfy dancing shoes. Men nice slacks and shirt would work just fine.

We have two hotels we recommend. Immediate family will be able to stay on sight. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive around 3pm. Ceremony will be prompt at 330.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are having a very limited venue. If your wedding invitation does not say guest please come solo. Everyone we have in our lives are wonderful people. It’ll be a great opportunity to make new friends!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please contact Melanie. You will be served food on a plate of your own. Our wedding chef takes allergies and intolerances very seriously. Plus we don’t want you to get sick!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking by the chapel. When you come up the hill to the Oak Lodge you’ll see the main lodge and office. Pass them on your right. You’ll see many signs to get you to the right parking lot. Once you’re parked you won’t need to go anywhere until the reception is over.
