Shuttle Schedule?

Answer

The shuttle from the Abraham Lincoln Double Tree will be available Saturday July 29 at 3:00pm and another at 3:20pm. It is a 30min drive to the venue. Please arrive NLT 4:15pm! Shuttles back to the hotel are at 12:00am, 1:00am, 2:00am, and LAST SHUTTLE at 3:00am

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A shuttle will be available for those who are staying in the hotel starting at 2:30pm to head to the venue (about a 30min drive) Optional Pre-Cocktail hour begins by the Pool at 3:30pm before the ceremony beginning at 4:30pm Arrive as you wish but please be seated NLT 4:15pm for the ceremony. There will be more refreshments to follow ceremony so no worries if you don’t get there early!

If I fly into Saint Louis airport, is there transportation to hotel?

Answer

Nothing is organized to get you from STL airport to Springfield, IL (Hotel location) but if people are all getting in around the same time then we can shuttle to pick you up, you can rent a car, or possibly uber. We recognize that plane tickets are cheaper flying into STL rather than SPI, so will do our best to get you in!

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception are in Pleasant Plains, IL - the home of Trevors parents. The closest town and where we have a hotel for guests is in Springfield, IL

To allow for all guest to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day for adults only. We thank you for your understanding!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will have finger foods with a variety of choice and then a sit down dinner. Options will include a meat, chicken, or vegetarian option. We ask you make your selection with the RSVP
