What is the schedule for the weekend?

Please join us for the welcome dinner on Friday 9.23, to kick off the wedding weekend. All wedding guests are invited. The Wedding will be on Saturday, September 24 at 4:30PM. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow.

Is there transportation to the welcome event and ceremony?

Answer

For our guests not staying on property, we have arranged for a shuttle to take you to and from Friday and Saturday's events so you can enjoy the festivities stress-free! There will be two pick-up locations. The first is at Kenny and Catherine Aiello's Santa Barbara house, and the second is at the Courtyard Marriott Goleta. Shuttle times are below, and they will leave promptly. Please do not miss the shuttle as there is no parking at Circle Bar B. On Friday, the suttle leaves 1359 Santa Teresita, Santa Barbara promptly at 5pm and Courtyard Goleta at 5:15pm. Shuttles depart at 9pm. On Saturday, the shuttle leaves 1359 Santa Teresita, Santa Barbara promptly at 2:20pm and Courtyard Goleta at 3:40pm. The shuttles return at 9pm and 10:30pm, and midnight and will drop off to either Santa Barbara or Goleta.

When should I arrive on Friday?

Answer

Friday's shuttle departs Santa Barbara at 5pm and Goleta at 5:15pm, so please plan your arrivals accordingly. Unfortunately, no late arrivers will be able to park on-site.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

To fully enjoy Santa Barbara's beautiful fall weather, our events will be hosted outdoors among the beautiful live oak trees. It will likely be warm during the day and pleasant in the evening. Bring a sweater or jacket because it could get cool at night. Check the weather before you come and pack accordingly.

Are children welcome?

While we love your kids, we are kindly asking that you do not bring them with you. Please arrange for someone to watch them.

Is there cell service at the venue?

Answer

There is no cell phone reception at Circle Bar B so you can truly disconnect and live in the moment! However, there is WiFi at the main lodge so FaceTime, WhatsApp, iMessage, and WiFi calling can be used to check in with babysitters! Circle Bar B also has a land line if needed.

What is the Covid protocol at Circle Bar B?

Answer

The wedding events are primarily outside. Per Santa Barbara County guidelines, masks will not be required, but please feel free to wear one if it makes you more comfortable. If you are feeling sick, we love you, but please stay home.

Please RSVP before July 15, 2022. The earlier the better for planning sake!
