Saturday welcome drinks is anything you'd normally wear to a cocktail bar (no elephant costumes, please), while Sunday's wedding is cocktail chic. Men are allowed to wear Tuxedos if they pass a series of rigorous physical and mental challenges.
Buses will pick guests up at Eastwind and Wylder, promptly getting everyone to Hayfield before 4pm. Stragglers will be slimed and shamed.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside in what can best be described as a grassy field. The reception is inside of the barn on the property, which we have been assured is not haunted.
Expect daily high temperatures to average around 73°F (23°C), with daily lows averaging around 52°F (11°C).
For the wedding Sunday, buses will pick guests up at Eastwind and Wylder and bring everyone to Hayfield. Buses will promptly leave just after 10pm to drop everyone off at said hotels. There are no Uber/Lyft's in the area, so if you're not bussing plan accordingly. For welcome drinks...well you're on you're own.
Yes, there will be parking available at Hayfield.
We love your kids, but this will be an adult only wedding. Parents night out!
Only if it is on your invite. Uninvited +1s will be summarily executed in the broad view of the public and their meat eaten to help defray part of the catering cost.
It's alllll good. You can still book at any of the hotels we have blocks at and let them know you're with the wedding party anyway. There are also many nearby grassy fields where you can camp, worst case scenario.
