Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request our guests wear black tie optional attire (gowns or formal cocktail dresses and tuxedos or suits.)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you find a seat and parking on King Street!

Will the event be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors if weather permits. If there is inclement weather, both the ceremony and the reception will take place under a tent.

Will transportation be available?

Answer

Due to the centralized location of all of our wedding weekend events, transportation will not be provided. Both Parcel 32 and William Aiken House are a 5-10 minute walk from our hotel blocks.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, the weekend's events are adults only.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation envelope. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Both the welcome party and ceremony/reception locations are on King Street in downtown Charleston. Therefore, there is not a specified parking lot for either location. However, there are many nearby parking options (garages, meters, etc.)
