We are requesting everyone to obtain a negative COVID test (PCR, antigen or at-home test such as BinaxNow which you can purchase at CVS) 48 hours before you attend your first event (either Friday at welcome drinks, or Saturday for the big day). If you are feeling any symptoms or have a known COVID exposure, we kindly ask that you toast us from afar for the safety of everyone.
The town of Amherst, MA requires masks in any indoor space when not actively eating or drinking. This means that masks will be required in the following spaces: -Bistro 63 for welcome drinks -St. Brigid's Parish -In shuttle transportation -Entering inside the Boltwood to use restrooms, etc Our cocktail hour and reception are outdoors so masks are optional while in our gathering space
-We will have red, yellow, green social distancing bracelets that individuals can wear to indicate their comfort interacting with others. Red is prefer to wave and celebrate from afar, Yellow is ok talking but prefer no physical contact, and green is hugs are ok -We will have sanitizing stations set up around the cocktail hour and reception spaces -Servers at the Boltwood will be masked -All appetizers and food will be plated in individual portions rather than buffet style -We have done our best to sit individuals with others who they would likely already be in contact with
