To help us with our planning, please RSVP to all events as soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is 08/17/2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will mark you as "not attending." We appreciate your understanding on this!
Our ceremony begins promptly at 3:30pm and the road leading into the venue will be closed off at 3:15pm to limit distractions. We ask that you arrive no later than 3pm to assure you have plenty of time to park and find your seat without missing anything.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a "plus one", they'll be specifically addressed within your mailed invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.
Our wedding ceremony will be fully unplugged. This means we are asking all of our guests to kindly put your phones and cameras away during the entire duration of our ceremony. We want you all to be fully present with us and in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Phones and cameras will be allowed again during the reception.
Formal attire required. Formal dress code for women includes: floor, maxi, midi, or tea length dresses, heels, flats, etc. Formal dress code for men includes: dress shirt, slacks, trousers, suit jackets, ties, etc. Please no jeans, t-shirts, shorts, or tank tops.
Yes! There is a designated parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for guests. A shuttle to and from the hotel will also be providing transportation to and from the venue during select times for our guests who do not wish to drive.
