We will be arriving to Costa Mesa on Tuesday, August 21 to make sure everything is in order. We will be listing our "week of" itinerary- and all are welcome to join us! We thought of a fun list of things to do as a group. We would love to see everyone! Please feel free to join us- or explore the lovely State of California as you wish!

Shuttle Pick Up
2:15 pm - 3:30 pm
The shuttle will begin to pick up guests at their respective hotels beginning at 2:15 pm. A more detailed schedule of exact pick up times at exact hotels/ home rentals will be provided at a later date under the "travel" tab.

Located in the Garden Courtyard. Due to the oceanside location of our venue, it can get a little chilly at night—we recommend bringing a shawl or light jacket.
After Party

Shuttle transportation will be arranged from Casa Romantica back to Avenue of the Arts Hotel for an after party in the Symphony Ballroom. This is our "preferred" hotel for our guests, so it makes walking back up to your room once the night is finished a breeze! If you are not staying at this hotel, transportation will also be arranged to bring you back to your accommodations. If you are not able to attend the after party, a shuttle will also be able to drop you off at your accommodations after the celebrations at Casa Romantica conclude at 10:00 pm.
