We’re getting married!

We always say it is just insane how we met. How a small town girl from New Bern met a Marine from Washington State. It started with a mutual following on social media, we have Alex T. to thank for that. Jonathan sent me a message that said, “you’re beautiful.” At the time, Jonathan was on deployment in Italy so we were only able to text here and there. He told me he wanted to take me on a date as soon as he got back. And the rest is history! He was stationed in Jacksonville, which is about an hour drive to New Bern, but he made the drive without hesitation to come see me. It is pretty cliche to say but we both knew right away we were meant to be together. God works in amazing ways and He brought two people from across the country together. We cannot wait to share our special day with you all, but mostly we cannot wait to spend the rest of our lives together!
