Melanie and I were introduced to each other by mutual friends in Middle School, back in 2003-ish. We got picked up from school at the same place and she was one of the tallest girls around, which I was really into. After a decade from that initial introduction we finally started dating, after 10 long years of growing up close but never together. We helped each other earn multiple college degrees, begin our careers, and moved in together, growing individually and together throughout. I would not be who I am today without Melanie and I will forever be grateful for her - I cannot wait to tie the knot and officially start our long and lovely life together.

Ryan & I grew up right next to each other with many missed connections, until the timing was perfectly right. We met in middle school, had the same Spanish class in 10th grade, and even hung out once in the library at community college. I even used to call his name in the hallways to say 'Hi' because he was a familiar face. But like every modern day love story it wasn't until Ryan messaged me on Facebook for my phone number that we went on our first date in Santa Monica, June 2013. We were reluctant to get serious because I was moving away for college in the Spring. But, after our first weekend getaway, the morning I was ready to leave for college, Ryan asked if we could stay together & I happily said YES! We were together long distance for 2.5 years. We graduated college the same weekend and I moved back down to LA. Today we live under the same roof raising our beautiful dog Penny. I love looking back at our story and realizing we were always right next to each other. I love you Ryan and I can't wait to marry you!
