Stony Brook University is having their move-in weekend that same weekend and this hotel is right next to campus, so please book your rooms now! The hard cut-off for wedding block reservations is Monday July 7, 2025 11:59PM - after this date, all remaining rooms are released to the public and any further calls for the block will not get the wedding block rate.
