What time is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Please aim to arrive at 3:30 PM to sign the quilt guest book, find your seat, and look around. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Guests arriving late, after 4:00 PM, will be asked to wait until the reception begins to join us.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Considering both sides of the family have many younger ones, we are happy to have kids attend the ceremony and reception. We will have an indoor area with a movie and toys to help entertain some of the youngsters! Please let us know how many will be coming with each party. Thank you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress in cocktail attire. Think dressy and polished—cocktail dresses, midi or floor-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, sport coats, dress shirts, and dress shoes are all wonderful choices. Our celebration will take place outdoors, so we recommend choosing footwear that will be comfortable on uneven ground. We kindly ask guests to avoid jeans, t-shirts, athletic wear, and overly casual attire.

Will there be food?

Answer

We will have a caterer on site who will serve hors d'oeuvres and dinner during the reception after the ceremony. A bar service will also have soft drinks, beer, wine, and spirits.

Is the Ceremony and Reception indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. There will be limited indoor seating available.

Can I bring a plus one/date?

Answer

We ask that you do not bring a plus one unless it is included in your invitation. The venue has limited seats available, and we are currently at the maximum allowed.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

YES!! We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible to ensure we have the right food, drink, and seating available. Please include how many children will be attending with you and your family! We would love to celebrate with all, but due to travel, we completely understand that if you cannot participate, just please let us know! Please RSVP by September 3rd, 2026!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

The short answer is no. We are having an unplugged ceremony and ask that you please turn off all phones during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer there to capture our special moment. However, you may use your phone during the reception and dinner and take as many pictures as possible! We will have a QR code at each table that will upload all the photos you take!

Where should I stay?

I have added a few hotels and Airbnb on the website that have been highly recommended!! There are other options as well in the area.

What if I can't make it? Missed the RSVP?

Answer

Your presence will be missed; however, we ask that you RSVP "No" as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP "Yes," please contact the bride or groom personally! Secondly, if you missed the RSVP date, please contact the bride directly to make sure seats are still available!

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

The bridesmaids will wear sage green, and the groomsmen will wear black suits with green touches. You do not need to match these colors, but if you'd like to fit into the colorscheme, you are welcome to do so! (JUST NO WHITE OR BLUE)
