Gabby grew up in the area and was already working as a special education teacher in a local school district when Dan moved here in July 2023 to begin his job as a park ranger at Valley Forge National Park. A few months later, fate (and Hinge) brought them together. They had their first date at a local brewery on January 4, 2024, and quickly realized they had something special. By January 29, they made things official. Not long after, Dan and his dog Ellie moved in with Gabby and her cat Rico. The newly blended household soon outgrew their space, and on April 19, 2024, they moved into their first apartment together. Their family continued to grow when they adopted their second dog, Teton, on August 2. Then, just before the holidays, Dan popped the question - and Gabby said yes! They got engaged on December 22, 2024. Now, here they are - ready to begin a new chapter together. On July 11, 2026, they’ll celebrate their wedding day surrounded by the people they love most.
