Shuttle

Shuttle from the Renaissance Albany Hotel

A shuttle will be available to transport guests to the venue from the hotel. We encourage all guests to stay at the hotel, or arrange to park your car at the parking garage. Our venue is not traditional and is not equipped to hold more than 12 cars, which are reserved for our vendors. Guests will not be allowed to park at the venue site. By utilizing the shuttle service- you can party as much as you want to!

The shuttle back to the hotel will be departing at 11 PM following the grand exit!

Ubers/ Cabs

While Uber and Cabs are great options, we would like to emphasize that they are not in abundance in this area of New York. We encourage guests to arrange to take the shuttle to and from the venue, to ensure safe and efficient travel!

Flight

Albany International Airport

The Albany international airport is a 10 minute drive to the hotel where we have arranged our discounted room block! While NYC offers a plethora of airport options, this airport is certainly the closest and most convenient to fly into!

Train

Rensselaer Train Station

This Amtrak station is located 7 minutes away from the hotel we have arranged a discounted room block at. Amtrak is a great option!
