St. Simons' Pier Village is the island's social hub, offering boutique shopping, dining, and scenic views of the lighthouse, pier, and Jekyll Island. After dinner, enjoy a stroll through the village, explore the shops, grab a drink, or treat yourself to ice cream or sweets from local bakeries. St Simons Island is about a 20-minute drive from Jekyll Island Club Resort and we highly recommend checking it out while you're on the Golden Isles!
Located on the property at The King and Prince Resort, ECHO is a stunning oceanside restaurant. The last time the Avilas and the Kavels dined here, we shared a wonderful evening filled with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and breathtaking ocean views—followed by a serene walk along the beach.

We recommend playing a round of golf at the Jekyll Island Golf Club, a beautiful and historic course perfect for golf enthusiasts. The Golden Isles have a rich golfing history, with Jekyll Island being a key destination since the late 19th century. The island's courses have hosted legendary golfers and continue to offer a fantastic experience for players of all skill levels. The Golden Isles' courses are one of Meir's favorite places to golf for a reason!

Conveniently located at our venue! On the east side of the Jekyll Island Club’s Ballroom Veranda, Jekyll Wheels is a bike rental and maintenance center that is open to the public. Bike riding is one of our favorite things to do on the island.
