Check-In Time

4:00 pm

Arrive. Dinner will be catered at 7PM and include pizza, garlic knots, and a salad bar. A brief welcome toast will be around 10PM. We will be abiding by the known dietary restrictions for the trip, including gluten free and dairy free options.

Chill, Fish, Kayak at the lodge

8:00 am

We will be serving an American style breakfast at 8AM. This day is a chill one for us since we will be waiting for a couple of late arrivals. We plan on kayaking and fishing at the lodge. You are welcome to join us or go about your day as you see fit. Lunch throughout the trip will be a “serve yourself” set up at whatever time you’d like with plenty of options in the fridge and pantry. Dinner Friday night is at 630PM. We will have meat and fish tacos. Please ensure you are back at the lodge by 6PM.

Yellowstone & Professional Pictures at the Lodge

7:00 am

An American style breakfast will be served at 7AM. You are not required to get up at this time! We will be leaving the lodge for Yellowstone National Park at 8AM, driving into the West Yellowstone entrance to hike the Seven Mile Bridge Trailhead. You are not required to join us if you have other plans during the day. On Saturday night, dinner will be on the grill at 6PM and we will begin taking pictures (with a professional photographer) at 7:15PM. We kindly ask that you return to the lodge between 5 and 5:30PM in order to shower and get dressed. A reminder to please bring something nice to wear (e.g., khaki’s, button down, maxi dress, etc).

Grand Tetons + Jackson Hole

7:00 am

We will cook a quick breakfast for everyone at 630AM before we leave for the Grand Tetons. Our goal is to begin our drive from the lodge at 7AM. The Grand Teton National Park is two hours away. We will be hiking the Granite Canyon Trailhead, right near the entrance station. Again, do not feel obligated to join us if you would rather explore Jackson Hole or Idaho Falls. Be back at the lodge by 6PM for dinner. We will be having meat and fish on the grill.

Dune Buggies, Horseback Riding, Chill

8:00 am

An American style breakfast will be served at 8AM. Some people will begin to depart the lodge. For many of us, this will be a rest day, and will run like our Friday schedule. However, there are a lot of local activities to partake in such as dune buggies at St. Anthony’s sand dunes or horseback riding at Eagle Ridge Ranch. It should be known that these local activities require reservations. Dinner will be catered subs and salad bar at 630PM.
