We ask that our guests arrive at least 15 min early to ensure that everyone is in their seats at 3:00 PM. Cocktail Hour and Reception to follow!
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
We will have cocktails and light bites before the reception begins!
4:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Dinner, drinking and dancing! Everybody must be out the gate by 10, we will have transportation back to hotel and then downtown area for anyone who wants to come!
9:30 pm
We will have transportation from the reception to the Hilton hotel to change and then to old town to keep the party going! RSVP if you would be interested in transportation (even if it's just to the hotel) P.S. Cars can be left at the venue overnight if needed.

We’re planning to head to Old Town Fort Collins after the reception. No set plans yet, but we’ll keep you posted once we decide!
