We met the classic modern way, on a dating app… or was it Craigslist Missed Connections? You’ll never know. What was supposed to be a “let’s just see where this goes” turned into seven years of laughter, adventures, and love. That first date changed everything, and somehow, here we are still laughing, still choosing each other, and about to make it forever.

To celebrate Meiber’s graduation, we took a trip to Niagara Falls with her parents a weekend full of sightseeing and laughter. Somewhere around the falls a simple walk turned into one of the biggest moments of our lives.With her parents there to witness it, the question was popped, the “yes” came quickly, and the rest of the day was all smiles, happy tears, and a lot of “we’re engaged!” photos.

As you may already know (and if you’re invited, you definitely should!), Meiber is from the beautiful country of Nicaragua. So what better place to say “I do” than by its stunning Pacific coast? We know it’s a bit of a trip, but we promise it’ll be worth every mile. Between the ocean breeze, golden sunsets, and a whole lot of love, we couldn’t imagine starting this next chapter anywhere else. And if you’re reading this, it’s because we couldn’t imagine celebrating it without you.
